How we transformed our infrastructure in the last two years

Nov 12, 2024In the past two years, we have managed to significantly expand our provider infrastructure, and this has been a great achievement for us. Previously, we worked with one administrator, traded through a limited number of brokers and banks, but today's situation has allowed us to focus on new markets where we establish connections with reliable and efficient partners.
For example, our LAIF and FLAG funds are now working with one of the largest American options trading brokers — Marex. This is a well-known name in the market, and thanks to cooperation with them, trading has become much more efficient in terms of both profitability for investors and overall reliability. We have also strengthened the brokerage system for other funds: we are now serviced by the Australian broker Lazarus. Although a couple of years ago the idea of opening a brokerage account in Australia might have seemed excessive, given the presence of other more traditional solutions, we have revised our approaches. Australia is a reliable jurisdiction, with infrastructure quality comparable to the US and UK, yet less dependent on international upheavals.
ARGO and GEIST funds have also transitioned to cooperation with the broker Marex. With the Swiss bank CBH, we have built an effective cooperation system. It is a medium-sized bank, but very reliable and well-known in Switzerland. Legal support continues to be provided by leading firms such as Maples and Walkers.
In addition, our funds are serviced by more efficient auditors, including Deloitte. Now Baker Tilly, one of the best companies of this profile in the world, has been added to their number.
As a result, we have not only improved work efficiency but also reduced process costs. This became possible due to changes in the global situation, as well as our desire to seek new markets and find more serious and reliable solutions.
